3. The tenants are previously examined and well acquainted with the principles of renting. They are not allowed to move in unless we are convinced that the will act with the care of a good owner.
4.We will do things for you 24/7. We are taking care of your property on a daily basis. We clean,make the laundry, pay bills and taxes, repair(paint, provide electrical service, plumbing etc)
5. Our property managers will provide you with monthly reports on the rental income and the expenses related to your property such as taxes.

Q: What rent will i get for my property?
A: Your rent is calculated on the basis of indexes such as : location, plot area, view, services offered in the complex, level of overall luxury.
Q: When will i get my rent?
A: In the end of each month together with our monthly report.
Q: How much do i have to pay for your services?
A: The fee which covers our full service package is 7 € per year per square meter of the living area of your property. If an apartment is 50 m² the annual fee would be 350 €.
Q: What except your fee do i have to pay.
A: Your expenses are the water and electricity bills, local taxes, insurance and repairs(unless they are covered by insurance or are result of tenants's actions). We will advertise your property in internet in free periodicals but if you want to use paid advertising services of other companies you need to cover the expenses.
